Before looking for a job in a language school in Paris it is a good idea to have working papers (French businesses cannot employ you legally without these) and a place to stay. The language business is such that teachers are often hired at short notice in response to a sudden increase in demand. Hence you will have a better chance of getting a job if you are immediately available.
Needless to say, you will also stand a far better chance of getting a good teaching job if you have relevant teaching experience and TEFL qualifications.
